I just read the grimoire and found it really valuable in seeing how some things actually work. Some I didnt expect like Black Blade and Radiant shield (I thought only the elementalism path could do sth like this.)
I am pretty sure Black Blade and Radiant shield counts toward the max 2 "buffing" incantation spells limit, but what about effects that simply improve what the weapons/armor already do (as described in elementalism strengthen)?

Also can you dismiss spells? I can't find something about this anywhere.

In RPM it is a destroy magic effect, that needs at least as much energy as the original effect (plus the destroy magic effect) so probably destroy arcana + enough energy to dispel.
Kinda curious how it interacts with vanilla magic now that you say it though.

You get two buffing effects - period.

p. 17. It takes a Concentrate maneuver and the caster has to be able to speak and move freely. No rollneeded.

This is covered under Magic vs. Magic (p. 21). It functions normally except you count twice the energy cost (before reductions for high skill) as a bonus in the caster's contest.

Thanks a lot for answering! I read that part but then couldn't find it again.

Sure. If you have any questions, post them here and I or Toni will answer them as soon as we can.

We had to pack a lot of stuff in there. Don't worry if you miss some of it in your first read. I co-wrote it and I'm still amazed at the amount of stuff we managed to cram in (and before continuing, let's all thank PK for really tightening the wordings).

Indeed. We've been sitting on this for so long...

Yeah, this wouldn't have been half the book it is without the editors who worked on tihs.

Thanks. This was something that brewed in my head from *very* early on and when Bruno brought it up during the playtest I decided it needed to be in there. Heck, I'm using this in my Aeon campaign right now because it's so sensible even though I'm using Sorcery as the base system.
