having a little look around the internet I found this discussion on weather to spin (rotate) or not

looks like the jury is kind of out and it's down to personal taste, experience, slinging style, and length of sling

Discussing slings. There's an example that comes out as 140j, 18.5mm. Would that be 1d+1 pi++?
