I never buy enough on E23 to qualify as a play-tester, but that's probably for the best since I utterly lack any knowledge of GURPS or experience with role-playing games. Plus my critical faculties are dysfunctional, and my written communication skills are pathetic.

sigh.

So how does one tell if you have spent that much in a particular timeframe? It's not like I keep track of purchase dates or prices.

You can go into your account online, and it will actually tell you what you've purchased and on which date.

Likewise.

I think making a new forum on here would be the best way. Hidden and accesible only to playtesters.
Like the mythical Men In Black forum.

Which doesn't exist.

It might be worthwhile considering creating a GMail account strictly for playtesting, even if you don't use it otherwise. GMail automatically threads messages, which means that it's enormously easier to follow active playtests. And getting a GMail account is easier, and probably more likely, than SJGames changing longstanding playtest policy. :-)

Playtesters must read all original posts with [ADMIN] tags and their relevant replies, and they should look over the subjects of existing threads to avoid starting a duplicate thread, but they are not expected to read every message in every thread.

Apropos: I hope that UM will be well coordinated with the Spaceships book that will see Bound Elementals and the like.
