Vic uses interrogation with torture to question the prisoner taking his time. Default interrogation is 5, using torture+6, and taking time to do it +1
12 to pass 1 rolled 11 2 rolled 12 3 rolled 10 Rolled 14 for fast talk (failed) regarding reattaching his leg. Vic tries to detect if he is lying but can’t really know. The failed Fast Talk roll ruined the Interrogation attempt.
Also, resorting to torture will really annoy your opposition - they might not try surrendering or retreating in the future...

You came in from the south. The mess hall, on the left, is north west. The room with the card players was on the right, to the north east.
