Yes, I did! This post details what I jotted down for it.

I have not finished buying all the issues of Pyramid yet, though, so I may go back and pick up more.

Two points:

1. Imbuements and Impulse Buys are not Powers-based.
2. Pyramid #3/105 has Appendix Z: Lights! Camera! Magic!, which adds to Impulse Buys.

Thank you for your feedback.
1. They are part of the Power Ups series and based off an advantage. One is pretty much like Magery or Supers Third Edition and the other almost a luck advantage. If you still dont think that qualifies them as Powers, then misc or their own category? Anyone else have feedback on this?

Imbuements are Skills that are enabled by an Advantage, very much like how regular magic is skills (Spells) that are enabled by an Advantage (Magery), or how cinematic combat skills are skills enabled by an Advantage. I'll grant that Imbuements were designed to complement powers, in that they're there to do something that Abilities can't really do; but as written, they're not part of the Powers system.

Impulse Buys aren't character traits at all; they're rules for how character points can be spent. When existing character traits involving fortune and fate show up (e.g., Destiny, Luck, and Serendipity), it is generally suggested that they either be ignored in favor of Impulse Buys or modified to be compatible with Impulse Buys; so to the extent that you might build Abilities off of those traits, there's a bit of incompatibility involved. In fact, the Impulse Control Pyramid article sells to address this issue by rebuilding fortune-based Advantages off of its new Impulse Points Advantage.

But again, what you can do with Impulse Buys is not determined by what Abilities you have, which is the heart of the Powers system.

I would put both Imbuements and Impulse Buys as their own things, rather than as part of some existing system.

Added the Lights! Camera! Magic! item and put Impulse Buys and Imbuements as separate items.

Pyramid 3/28: Thaumatology has an elaboration on the Ceremonial Magic casting system for standard magic, called “Ceremonial Magic Made Easy”.

Also, Divine Favor should be under the GURPS Powers Based Systems.

Thought Divine Favor was, maybe I made a bad edit when I pulled out Impulse Buys.
I dont have that issue of Pyramid so missed it, I have most of Vol 3 but missing more than 20 for now.

Edited, looked at W23 to check fr article titles, already had 2 listed under other categories. Sure sounds like an issue I would have grabbed must have been broke that month.
