doppleganger + potions played

a few questions all spilt up so pt 1


if you have played potions on yourself and then still have to cast doppleganger, do the potions bonus get added also.

i belived potions were basicly a single increase of that amount shown and would not be doubled (like throwing the potion at the monster, you couldnt do it with the same potion twice)

however my friend belived that as its an boost item and doppleganger adds makes your levels and the exact same bonuses, that the bonus should double also.

I am not a moderator but I would say that the one shot items would not get doubled with doppleganger. One shot items are just that. One Shot that got thrown at the monster, they would get added onto the end of combat bonus AFTER doppleganger was added.

The Doppleganger doubles your combat strength and can only be used when you are alone. Most combat oriented one-shot Items add to your combat strength, so, yes, Doppleganger doubles potions.
