A compilation of all the critters from the old 3E Bestiary, Fantasy Bestiary, and Space Bestiary, seems the way to go with these pdfs. Keep the bestiary lines separated rather than a giant grab bag.
Regardless of how it's done, I'm sure it would make a good dozen-pdf kickstarter, lots of updated beasts from each line in that short pdf format. I'd back that for sure.
