Default Rate of fire and follow up

How do they stack together? Does the follow up apply in each of the attacks? I

Rate of fire doesn't cause multiple attacks.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, modifiers simply add together.

I assume by 'follow up' you mean Follow-Up Shots (Tactical Shooting p14)?

If, on the other hand, you're talking about the Follow-Up Enhancement (B105), the fact that you have to pay for Rapid Fire on the Follow-Up if the carrier has it means, yes, each hit has the Follow-Up. So, if you built an RoF 10 Innate Attack that, say, fired a beam of energy (burn) that destabilized the target's molecules (corr or tox Follow-Up), each hit would cause burn damage, then corr/tox.
