Note the list of musical instrument specializations in Low-Tech Companion 1. It's nearly complete; the main things it needs to have added are Valved Horn (TL5 or 6, I think) and Theremin (TL6, definitely).

I'd got that, and I've added those specialisations to my piece. Valved horns are TL5, dating from 1818.

A sensible suggestion from a later thread: Special Effects as another specialisation for Mimicry.
