Injury Tolerance, Vulnerability and Weakness
This is hopefully obvious to someone else:
How do Injury Tolerance and DR interact with Vulnerability and/or Weakness? Quick example: I am facing a werewolf from Monster Hunters. It has IT (Unliving) and Vulnerability (Silver x3) and DR 6 (tough skin). So the DR is easy, as Vulnerability only enhances the wounding multiplier after DR (though I suppose there is a question of whether Tough Skin DR should apply to something you are Vulnerable to). Based upon the text of Vulnerability itself, it seems as if you apply Unliving and Vulnerability separately (i.e. they "stack"). Thus, piercing damage normally does 1/3 after DR, but silver bullets do normal piercing damage after DR (1/3 x 3 = 1). Or does Vulnerability override the IT and pump silver bullets up to x3 damage? Having just written this out, I'm now assuming it's the former because the latter seems dumb. Confirmation would be great though!

Re: Injury Tolerance, Vulnerability and Weakness
It's the former. Aim for the brain and/or vitals for a stacking effect!
