Ogre Reinforcements contains three counter sheets with the following units:

Sheet 1
  • Ogre Mark III (PE) (x2)
  • Ogre Mark V (PE)
  • Command Post (Combine)
  • Mobile Command Post (Combine)
  • Town / Damaged Town Overlay (x8)
  • Ridge / Clear Overlay (x7)
  • Two-hex Crater / Two-hex Clear Overlay

Sheet 2
  • Light GEV (PE) (x4)
  • Light Tank (PE) (x4)
  • GEV-PC (PE) (x3)
  • Superheavy Tank (PE) (x2)
  • Mobile Howitzer (PE) (x2)
  • Light GEV (Combine) (x4)
  • Light Tank (Combine) (x4)
  • GEV-PC (Combine) (x3)
  • Superheavy Tank (Combine) (x2)
  • Mobile Howitzer (Combine) (x2)
  • Howitzer (Combine) (x2)
  • GEV (Combine) (x4)
  • Missile Tank (Combine) (x4)
  • Heavy Tank (Combine) (x4)
  • 3-strength / 2-strength Infantry Platoon (Combine) (x6)
  • 2-strength / 1-strength Infantry Platoon (Combine) (x6)
  • Ridge / Clear Overlay (x9)

There are two copies of Sheet 2 per package.

When you merge Ogre Reinforcements with Ogre 6e, as is clearly intended, you end up with precisely equal forces, except that the Combine force has two more GEVs than the PE force.
