There's also the whole "barn door/horse" issue. If someone's making apparel, we can ask them (with varying degrees of politeness) to stop. It's harder to have someone stop sporting a tattoo.

Well, yeah. I kind of figured it was the person getting paid to reproduce the trademarked art on somebody's body that would be running afoul of your policy (and the law). You can't sell your body, but a tattoo artist can obviously sell tattoos (and your policy seems to take exception to using the art even if you DON'T sell it, anyway). By saying that getting a trademarked Munchkin tattoo is OK, it seems like you are saying that SELLING one (as a tattoo artist) is OK, as well. That's the part that seemed odd to me.

I'm not arguing with or trying to change your policy, and I'm not getting a tattoo of any kind any time soon. :-) It was just a discrepancy that struck me, as a non-lawyer, as incongruous.
