Let's hope it's completely different and comes with some ideas of it's own.

*Hands a Koetjesreep to MIB2826* Here you go ;).

It sounds more like Warhammer Quest than like Zombies!!! To me, although zombie did have this "You don't know what the town looks like till you place the tiles" Feeling. But the same counted for Warhammer Quest...

I love Tilegames, I love Dungeon crawling, I love Munchkin So this MUST be the best game ever!

The only question is, will it come with nice looking Munchkin miniatures, or will ther be Cardboard heroes and/or paper chits to represent the heroes and monsters?

Miniatures are not cheap. How much would you be willing to spend on this game? If you want minis, I think we're talking about a base price of $50, maybe more. I still hear from some people that $25 is too much for Munchkin because all there is to it is a bunch of cards. If you want to see my thoughts on that, I'm sure there's a thread on here from about the times the forums opened up with my opinion on people whining about Munchkin being too expensive. . .

Anyway, we shall see, of course. I hope to find out more soon, probably portions of which I won't be able to share right away. . . :-)

Since I bought games like Warhammer Quest, Descent and World Of Warcraft I'm quite willing to spent some money for games that come with beautyfull mini's.

But that is me, I can understand not everybody want's to spent like $65 (Or what is the price of Descent?) for a game. On the other hand the "Zombies!!!" game came with 106 mini's and was rather cheap, then again they only used 2 different kind of miniatures (3 in second edition) But I think this could work for Munchkin 1 or 2 diferent miniatures for players (The munchkin dude and munchkin girl from the first two sets? In, like, 3-6 different colors) And then one mini that represents diferent kinds of monsters. (The cool funny fury Troll used in Munchkin comes to my mind...) Just my thoughts...

I always liked the tile game Betrayal at the House on the Hill which has the nice twist of 1/2 way through the game, one of your teammates essentially becomes the evil GM of the game and the rest of you must work together to make it out alive... or dead... depending on what needs to be accomplished. Besides, there are a couple dozen variations based on what exactly happened and where. I just wish they'd release a darned expansion.

However, it's got minis of each character as well as a bunch of other bits and ended up being $30-40 depending on where you go.

BAHOTH has minis just for the main characters and like 120 paper chits.
I like the card idea with the stands it seems to have going for it

Betrayal at the House on the Hill is a lovely game, to bad it had a lot of errors and is nearly unplayable withoud the errata's!

I love the product shots! Nice cardbourd standups for various hero's and monsters, including the potted plant and the Troll! And look at those dice! They are of the shiny treasure kind! I hope they stay! If the otigional game looks like this proto types I really really really want it!

Wow, those pictures look awesome! I jut love the details on the tiles and would pay hard money for the game... is... that a cleric... with a bow on one of the player counters? Maybe that "super munchkin" will be in De-Ranged?
