Default Please Read Before Posting

Please be aware that this board is for asking the store general questions or for making suggestions. This board is not for dealing with individual orders.

If you wish to place an order, please do so on the Warehouse 23 website.

If you wish to alter an order, please either send an e-mail to orders@warehouse23.com or call us at 1-866-FNORD23 (1-866-366-7323). Please be aware that at this time we can only remove items from an order. We cannot add new items. Similarly, if you wish to cancel an order, call us or contact the above e-mail address.

If you have any other questions or problems with an individual order, please contact us directly. These boards are not always checked regularly, and are not necessarily read by the entire Warehouse 23 staff. In order for us to better track any order issues, as well as to assure timely assistance, we ask that customers please either e-mail us or call us.

Finally, you might be able to find the answer to a common question by consulting our Help/FAQ page. We recommend checking this page before contacting us as it may have the information you need. If you need to contact us, please visit our help page.

Defective Products: The most common question we hear on this board is how to deal with a defective product, so we thought we would answer it here.

Steve Jackson Games is committed to standing by our products - if you purchase a product new and discover it is defective, please contact us at orders@sjgames.com. Be sure to include the following information to get the ball rolling:

1. If you purchased it from us, please include your order number. If you purchased it elsewhere, please tell us where you got it, and when.
2. Please include a short description of the defect.
3. Attach or link pictures of the product as a whole as well as the defective product
3. Be sure to include the title and (if applicable) the printing and edition number from the white box on the back of the product.
4. Be sure to include your address - for some simple problems we can mail out the missing piece right away!

We'll walk you through the process from there. If you aren't sure if your product qualifies as defective - ask!
