cell phone monster

Hi,

I've got a question about a monster "cell phone" in munchkin apocalypse.

It said: "no bonuses granted by your mobile phone", so does it mean that I have to fight it with my own level not with my bonuses ?

And if I failed to run away from it, I would have no bonuses added to my level combat for the rest of the game ?

It means bonuses provided by your mobile phone, not all bonuses. So, if there's a bonus provided by an official app on your mobile phone, it's not usable against Cell Phone. Also, if, for some reasons, there's a bonus for electronic devices on the table, you mobile phone wouldn't count against Cell Phone. The Bad Stuff would prevent you from being able to use such bonuses for the rest of the game.

What official app exactly that adds bonuses to my level combat ? so normally fight a monster I can have bonus for each electronic devices on the table ?

The Munchkin Level Counter has in-app bonuses you can use.

No, not normally. A card or written rules would have to state that such a bonus existed, and I can't think of any written rules at this time which do so.

I actually had a follow up question about this monster.

With the Cell Phone Monster, would the bonus still count if you used the app on a tablet rather then a mobile phone since it specifically mentioned cell phones? I would think as it can't make calls then it isn't a phone.

Any thoughts?
