If you are currently playing as human (no race), can you play Half Breed?

2.) If you have Super Munchkin or Half Breed in play and have 2 Classes / 2 Races and someone plays a Curse card that forces you to change Class/Race, do you exchange BOTH Classes/Races for new card(s)? In other words, if I had Super Munchkin in play and had Wizard and Thief in play and my opponent plays a Curse card forcing me to change my class by searching through the discards, do I have to replace both Wizard and Thief cards or just one?
