Basically, rolling it allows you to reflect the laser bursts back onto the group that sent them to you. Very similar to Precognitive Defense.

I never looked at that resource... wow he has a lot of material there, very nice!
I'm almost set with my changelog... I wanted a few cinematic skills that are not in his Martial Arts Style... Can we say he was recruited from a dark past and studied the Fell form in his youth? That custom one, "Flash Step" is a beautiful thing... Are all CHI skills now based on QN? |
