Gerrund wants at least three people, maybe four, and say the rest should go back. He nominates himself, Anoras, Timar, and one of the boys who had held a rock (and conducted himself well in the battle).

TURN 19
Allied archer aims again (3 seconds)
Cassandra fast draws and nocks while moving a yard back to 4 behind.
Fireballs summons more fire
enemy archer #3 aims (3 seconds)
Enemy archers #1 and #2 aim (2 seconds)
Flanking archer #1 aims (2 seconds)
Flanking archer #2 aims
7 skeletons at 23 yards to front
Enemy Warriors (3) and Wings at 28 yards to front
Horseman and three allied warriors 3 yards to front
Four allied warriors are 28 yards to your left


TURN 20
Allied archer shoots at wings
-7 (range) + 3 (acc) + 2 (time) = -2 penalty... hit.
Wings catches it on his shield. Barely.
Allied archer steps back to 1.
Cassandra steps to 5 back and aims
Fireballs summons more fire
enemy archer #3 attacks allied glaive. Its a miss, rolled a 15.
Enemy archers #1 and #2 aim (3 seconds)
Flanking archer #1 aims (3 seconds)
Flanking archer #2 aims (2 seconds)
7 skeletons at 19 yards to front
Enemy Warriors (3) and Wings at 24 yards to front
Horseman and three allied warriors 3 yards to front move backwards slowly, giving their allies more time to show up. they are now 2 yards to the front
Four allied warriors are 24 yards to your left

TURN 21
Allied archer fast draws and nocks, and steps back to 2 behind.
Cassandra fires at her glaive target
Skill 16 -7 (range) + 3 (acc) vs 10 is a hit. He rolls 9 on his dodge... which is exactly his dodge score.
Fireballs aims.
enemy archer #3 fast draws and nocks an arrow
Enemy archers shoot at horseman and cassandra
-5 attack penalty... no hits against 11 and 13.
Flanking archer #1 shoots at glaive
-6 effective penalty... a roll of 5 is a potential hit.
glaive dodges. Man that dude is lucky!
Flanking archer #2 aims (3 seconds)
7 skeletons at 15 yards to front
Enemy Warriors (3) and Wings at 20 yards to front
Horseman and three allied warriors move to 1 yard to the front.

Round 1 steps back to 7 behind
Fast draw and nock arrow
Round 2 aim at Wings step to 8
Round 3 shoot at Wings step to 9

If Wings keeps moving he will be 12 to front and Cassandra 8 back so 20 total -6, +3 aim = 13

Anoras of course knows these people better than I do. So I'll do this based on the assumption Anoras would approve.

TURN 22
Allied archer shoots at glaive and steps back to 3
-6 (range) + 3 (acc) = -3
Glaive fails dodge. His armor takes 3 damage off, but 2 damage and 4 injury get through.
Cassandra steps back to 7 behind, fast draws, and nocks
Fireballs throws fire at Cassandra. he rolls a 16, and the ball of fire is way off!
enemy archer #3 shoots at horseman
-5 to skill vs a 9... potential hit!
horseman blocks it on his shield.
Enemy archers #1 and #2 aim (3 seconds)
Flanking archer #1 aims (3 seconds)
Flanking archer #2 aims (2 seconds)
7 skeletons at 19 yards to front
Enemy Warriors (3) and Wings at 24 yards to front
Horseman and three allied warriors 0 yards to front

TURN 23

#2 threatens a hit, but horseman blocks it (rolled an 8)
Flanking archer #1 attacks glaive... barely misses (rolled a 10, failure by 1)
Flanking archer #2 aims (3 seconds)
7 skeletons at 15 yards to front
Enemy Warriors (3) and Wings at 20 yards to front
Horseman and three allied warriors Turn around and run 4 yards back.
Four allied warriors are 20 yards to your left

TURN 24
Allied archer steps back to 5 and aims
Cassandra fires at Wings
Skill 16 -6 (range) + 3 (acc) vs 10 is a hit.
Wings rolls 15 to block... that's a failure! The lucky amulet breaks and the arrow pings off the edge of the shield. Both amulets are down now.
Fireballs aims.
enemy archer #3 aims
Enemy archers #1 and #2 fast draw and nock.
Flanking archer #1 fast draws and nocks
Flanking archer #2 shoots at glaive. A 12 is a miss.
7 skeletons at 15 yards to front

She will try to Fast Draw and Load 1, Aim at Wings 2, Fire 3 again

She has shot 6 arrows so 6 left

And continue backing up

The decision is made, and most of the group head back towards your village.

Anoras's band strike out towards Holidor, bringing the prisoners in a tied up line. The wounded enemy moves slowly, and the group won't make it to Holidor without a night's rest.



Any actions that night?

If Anoras can make one or more charms (like she made for Thad), and still get a good night's sleep, she'll do so.

If not, she'll save whatever bones she got from Stripes and/or the dead warrior for later.

In either case, watches will be assigned to guard over the prisoners. Anoras will make sure people know to not mistreat the prisoners.
