Yes, but for Windys, it's not dissonant to not-attempt-to-escape. It's dissonant to be someplace for 4 days in a row.

Only those who have accepted Lilith's Rites and Dissonance conditions are dissonant for meekly submitting to restraint that they didn't agree to.
