Random-Hit-Locations
Hi,
due to playing around with web-services, I set up a random-hit-location generator. I know, there are plenty of very, very good online resources, in particular for the VTT environment. However, just tried to play around and made it freely availabe, i.e., no registration. In addition to that, I wanted to directly add choices like left or right arm or upper and lower torso, considering to stand behind a lower wall. So, I took the basic hit-location distribution and mutliplied arm, leg, hand, etc. by 50% or 25%, respectively, i.e., leading to the following weights. Enjoy. |

Re: Random-Hit-Locations
Now possible to provide weapon damage, i.e.,
Notation #dice_count d #bonus/malus, e.g., 8d+2 or 6d-3 |

Re: Random-Hit-Locations
You might consider adding in 'Damage Type' in the calculations.

Hi Hyrneson,

However, I wonder how to consider it in the calcuations? Does not the Damage Type affect the wounding, i.e., I should have to take into account DR, i.e., provide it as input value? |
