Unfortunately forgetting that it's a parallel world, so in extremis, James winds up with the combined abilities of the six immortal elders
  • Scooby!
  • Homer! (Simpson)
  • Alvin! (the Chipmunk)
  • Zoey! (101)
  • Appollonia!
  • Marty! (McFly)

That sound worth illustrating, though not really my personal skill set.

It could be worse - the M could instead be for Morty Sanchez, from Rick and Morty.

The Hunger of Scooby Doo ("Scooooby snacks")! The Clumsiness of Homer Simpson ("D'oh")! The Voice of Alvin the Chipmunk! The Something of Zoey Brooks (I have no knowledge of that show, and had to Google it to see what the reference even was)! The Something Else of Appollonia (don't even know what the reference is)! The Crippling Social Anxiety of Morty Smith ("Oh geeze, oh man...")!

Keeping with the original "abilities," albeit in a different order:

The Courage of Scooby [Do]
The Wisdom of Homer [Simpson]
The Strength of Alf
The Power of Zaphod [Beebelbrox]
The Speed of Al [Bundy]
The Stamina of Marvin [The Martian]

If you ever opt to make an image based on this, my only request is that the character be making the Al Bundy football pose. You know, the one he makes when he tells people about the time he made 4 touchdowns in one game.

Oh, a much better M.

Yeah, Z was a struggle for me, so I went for the least relevant or useful Z I found.

80s actress/singer, protege of Prince. Came to mind only for the similarity of name to Apollo.

Nicely done; a great inversion of the snark.

Why not Zoidberg?

Oh, another good one. Put in Zoidberg and Morty, then we can kick out Apollonia for an all-animated set. Mark then has to figure out how to render a 3D character that looks like a 2D cartoon from any angle. No lighting, for flat color, but only on that one character?

There's Apu, but we've already tapped The Simpsons...

Perhaps Ariel (The Little Mermaid) would be more than annoying, since the character would be stuck in merman form and couldn't breathe. Still, most combats are over in less than three minutes. Tick, tock, James... But let's say that when yelling "SHAZAM!" to activate his form, James can choose to transform to human form instead, but he then has Temporary Disadvantage (Mute) while transformed. This means he can't say "SHAZAM!" again to un-transform. So, he has to rely on getting an electric shock.

Yeah, because the opposite is pure nightmare fuel. (You have been warned.)

But, I really doubt I'd be able to pull that off. And, it's silly, but not likely to make it to render. That's a lot of silly I have to figure out.

Still working on a name for her. The character's name is Tracey, but she doesn't have a super name yet.
