Hua drops off her buddy on deck 6 when she comes during off hours. That won't happen this time, as she's coming in the dead of night (for her), and she'll be intentionally avoiding the elevators.

Its not hard to get into the shield's section living quarters, or indeed most section living quarters... though people will wonder why you're there, especially Nejora, who is supposed to stay near you. The meeting location is in 5-H though, so it may not be as useful as you might think.
