Toltrin, definitely the right song. Unfortunately Car Wars has always been too advanced to be a good fit for Road Warrior.

In some parts of the Car Wars world there would be Road Warrior type conditions where technology got EMPed into extinction.

There's the Dreg Zones covered in _RASG 3_; most of those are barely, if at all, out of _Chassis & Crossbow_.

The Dreg Zones? When I was younger I was really into designing cars and less playing them as turns could take literally 2 minutes.
Where are the Dreg Zones? I didn't have all the materials (my cousin did).
Aptly named "Chassis and Crossbows" ... haha.

If you get the _Road Atlas and Survival Guide_ PDFs: Pretty-much-every former Large City has a "dreg zone" -- an area (or areas) which are burned out, and populated by vagrants, criminals, and such. These areas will be spelled out.
