If we can get our act together, Vassarious will fly them to their destination and they will check out the premises.

If there are no immediate clues, to guide our investigation, Vassarious will break out the esoteric kit and attempt to read the omens.

During the trip over, there is a wobble and Halcyone almost falls off of the gryphon. Other than that, it is uneventful.



The tombs are dug into the side of a mountain, right next to the community. The community, at least from the air seems to have two parts: one is a garden-like estate quite close to the tombs, and the other is a large village/small town next to it. They have only modest stone walls, about 8 feet high, around the village.


Where do you land, and where do you go? You arrive with about 30 minutes of sunlight left.

I think we can assume there is some tavern activity or whatnot.

But Bel and his forces are obviously on alert, and may know we're coming. I don't think it's wise to arrive and potentially set off alarms and then try and go to bed.

How far was the trip? We traveled all day, so can we rethink going all the way? Vassarious would be exhausted if they just flew for 12 hours. Can we stop an hour out, so we can go in fresh?
