You missed a few things.

The line of descent goes from Atlantis to Cimmeria to Celtic Ireland, _not_ England. Howard was very Celtic-fixated.

The Aesir and Vanir were descended from tribes who had regressed into "apehood" after the end of the previous Age and then advanced back into full human statuis. How much of this is truly morpological is open to personal opinion.

I say "English" only because the Atlanteans lived on "a small continent" between the Pictish islands and the mainland. Nice to know the Cimmerians were meant to become the Celts. Sean Connery as Conan? LMFAO.

Aesir & Vanir: a tribe of Neanderthal+ barbarians went north and "They found the snow-country inhabited only by a species of ferocious snow-ape" that they drove into the wasteland and thought extinct. However, they found ape-men "descended, he swore, from the beasts" they thought dead and later the "northern tribes harried by gigantic blond savages, not much more advanced than ape-men." The N+ become the Hyborians. The Aesir & Vanir are later stated as descendants of the blond arctic savages... Maybe I'm worng but I get the distinct impression that snow-ape (yeti?) > "beasts evolving into men" > Nordheimer. Nothing is said of where the snow-apes came from so they could have been regressed men.

Personally I'd love to see a supplement on how to use Dungeon Fantasy to run Hyborean games, even if it were fan made.

That's one for the Wish-list: Dungeon Fantasy 16 - Conan!
I was thinking more along the lines of Low-Tech but I think you're on the right track with DF, although you'd have to lose 90% of the magic.
