so that's 8, 8, and 5 cutting, one of which is a flesh wound (1) ... I think that's just a single destiny point? but the x1.5 will make that 1, 12, and 7, which will drop you to 0 HP and the 12 is a major wound.

Though wouldn't a destiny point turn a failed dodge into a successful one as well?

True, wasn't sure after the brief delay there. Let's go with flipping defense rolls to successes, and I'll just spend all three destiny points on that.

The creature dodges with its flailing arms, but not well enough. A single bullet from each gun hits it. Armor is reduced to 3, but damage is halved. 26-> 11 damage and 22-> 9 damage ... exactly enough to put it to 0 HP.


The creature is severely injured, but it rages on. It continues swinging at Halcyone, threatening a single hit (the -4 shock helped here, only 1 of three attacks hit)


The one facing Vassarious has recovered from its hit, and continues failing away! All three arms threaten to hit!

Vassarious cartwheels around the creature avoiding it's blows and making it look almost as though they are dancing with the creature...

15 damage from the beast .. the bioplas armor reduces that to 8 cut, so 12 injury. A major wound!

The beast could have dodged most of those shots... if Halcyone hadn't already of hit it. all three shots hit. Armor is reduced to three, but injury is halved... for 11, 11, and 12 damage.



It falls thrashing incoherently onto the sand (failed the death check when it rolled 16)

Vassarious's turn to attack. Arlon and Haley are keeping their distance.
