Exclusive Powerstones are, but the wording of "Dedicated" powerstones is more loose, stating it's energy may be used to cast any spell "by or through" the item, which is where the confusion always comes up.

Seeing this above, I thought I'd open up a new thread so as to discuss the issues involved here...

Maybe it has already been done or has a FAQ dedicated to it, but I will link the other thread HERE so as to help others understand the issues involved with GURPS MAGIC where one is casting spells via a magic item (see page 19 of GURPS MAGIC) or one is using the magic enchantment STAFF (See pages 13 and 70 of GURPS MAGIC) and what is involved in all of this...
