The Dark Clown: Threats to children (propitiatory worship)
The Highwayman: The intercity road system and travel on it. (city streets are under the control of the city gods)
Uncle Sam: War and the military.
Famous Jane: Women
Stagger Lee: Black people
Rebel: Opposition to the Man.
Elvis: Celebrity
Crossroads: "Talent"
Iron Horse: Once god of the railways, now mostly followed as patron of subways.

You need a patron of Autumn. Either Prosper is also god of the harvest or Jack-o-Lantern (who isn't stingy just irascible and epically rude in American folklore) could be god of the Harvest, Halloween, and the First Frosts.

How about Columbia as a Genius Loci / god of the land?

I'd be tempted to make the Rising Sun a Power of vice and self-destruction. Especially strong in New Orleans but the Sun always rises ... and the Sun sees the whole earth if you want to make a deal.

What about the buffalo? They seem like they would have a Power.
