Locked and Hidden Doors

Also if a door is locked or hidden, how do you open it or find it?

You don't have to find them. They just cost extra Move (unless you have an ability that reduces their cost).

One more question, when you put links down, are they face up or face down, or is it random?

You place the links at random. You never know what kind of door it will be!

Also, if you look at the links, they are double sided. No matter which side you put them down, something will be face up.
