Targeting multiple hit locations on one person

Is this a Ranged Rapid Strike?

Or do you use Spraying Fire (p.B409), and randomize the hit locations?

Edit: This assumes you're using a fully automatic weapon.

Tactical Shooting, p18, describes how to do it with a Ranged Rapid strike, which only requires RoF 2+. You can learn the Quick-Shot technique to reduce the -6 penalty, and you can use an RRS against separate targets if they're within a 30 degree arc.

Spraying with a full-auto weapon and using separate random locations for each hit seems perfectly valid to me.
