Will people pay to watch you play GURPS?

I'll weigh in here. I would NOT watch someone play GURPS, especially if I didn't know them. I wouldn't sell my own GURPS game footage, either. I think it's rather futile, as most of those bigger companies that do it are proper studios, with voice actors, stage lights, most likely they have scripts too. GURPS also requires a decent amount more background information on characters other than just "I am a level six high elf bla-bla-bla fighter!. On the other hand, I would watch my friends play GURPS gladly. I feel like watching others play role-playing games in general isn't my cup of tea, though, so this is rather biased.

So how much money would you accept to let people watch you play GURPS?

If you want to generate a lot of income while playing GURPS, you probably already need to be at like Matt Mercer levels of voice acting or improv or whatever first.

The thing is, I don't know if SJG would even allow this to happen or allow for 3rd parties to try to provide some of the stuff that helped 5e or PF1e explode in popularity, like people creating maps or modules or whatever for GURPS.
