Daymar and Hua have both made it to the second meeting. However, at the time Pacifica is supposed to be at the second meeting, she is scheduled to be busy at work, surrounded by over two dozen people who will notice if she leaves.
Erick, why at that time? Pacífica suggested twice going to the third one.

We really don't all have to meet at the same time. The more people you try to coordinate, the harder it is to do so. Daymar and Pacifica met earlier, Daymar and Hua can meet now, and if need be Hua and Pacifica can meet at the third meeting time, and Daymar will skip it.

Oh, you did? I thought I was watching for that.

I think we may not be having a proper meeting... I think it goes like this:

1st: Daymar Work (fine), Hua Work (trouble), Pacifica Night (fine)

2nd: Daymar Off Hours (fine), Hua Off Hours (fine), Pacifica Work (trouble)
3rd: Daymar Sleep (trouble), Hua Sleep (fine), Pacfica Off Hours (fine)

I see four options:
1) work around the schedules and never meet
2) Brainwash Nejora so that Hua can meet during work
3) Daymar gets up in the middle of the night
4) somebody goes AWOL and lives as a fugitive from security.

Hua, in your report you may want to say just how close you are to getting your powers.

Or maybe we can hold 2 meetings a day, with Daymar as a pivot; either Daymar or Hua could join the extra hands and meet with Pacifica again, later. On the other hand, Hua can slip an "encrypted" note to her friends as well.

Can you explain option number 2?

And why would Daymar have issues during the night? He can brainwash people and he has another uniform. Also, he is very close to the rendezvous. And his buddy could accompany him to the bathroom at night.

Hua is allowed to travel around the ship during work to do her job, but less freely than daymar and Pothi. It'd be weird for her to ditch Nejora during that... but if Nejora has her mind tweaked, meeting during the job becomes an option.

Daymar isn't built for stealth the way the other two are, his section is under suspicion and especially paranoid, and failing a brainwashing roll can have huge consequences, and requires touch to attempt at all. He might be able to overcome those obstacles, but the player seems disinclined to.

I thought my buddy was Thibi, who happens to be from the same planet as Nejora...

Sorry. Yes, you're with Thibi the absented and awkward rather than Nejora the foul-mouthed grouch.

Oh, so this was about Thibi, I get it.

Then option 2 sounds like the way to go; I will appreciate your comments.
Also, please remember Pacifica's plan.

Gnomes, to summarize what Pacifica said IC:

Quote:
You subvert the doctor(s) to put several officers at your disposal, the medical bay serving as your cover. The doctor(s) (and company) are easy to subvert because they must touch you. And it’s easy to justify paying a visit to the doctor.

The doctors can help you here, with a mass of officers you would pull strings all around the ship. And you do not have to risk your positions as in trying to submit an officer at a random place.
