It makes their heads look bigger? That seems to be the reason for shaving things, so why not a big ol' intimidating chrome dome?

(Please bear in mind that I'm just having fun here, I've not bought it yet).

Sais come in pairs, but we have just one DF book on psis planned. There's GURPS Psi-Tech coming up, of course, which might be what you meant.

Not a chance! DF Monsters 1 in June, DF 13: Loadouts in July, and DF 14: Psi in August collectively represent one of the most furious stretches of DF publication – and we have stuff in the works besides.

All of it, yes. The only overlap is a similarly excessive use of words like "psi," "psionic," and "psionics." The DF take is as close to "cleric powers for worshippers of Elder Things" as it is to "ESP and telepathy." If you own DF 3: The Next Level, then you sort of have a preview, albeit a short one. This supplement isn't in the same series as the three books on psi released to date for general GURPS use.

Yeah, I decided against the "psi is just magic spells with a different special effect" approach used there. While I strayed considerably from classic science-fiction psi, I did stick to basic mind-reading, remote-viewing, brain-melting stuff that sort of feels psionic. Gross matter alteration struck me as being an outlier that DF didn't need.

The head-shaving has to do with deadly fungus and silly-but-powerful hats. More than that, I won't give away.

Is there any plans to release any more of the DF line as print copy?

Finally gave this suplement a read, and it's awesome! I really appreciate the humor too. The abilities are good, and they have a much more fantasy feel than the ones in GURPS Powers: Psionic Powers or GURPS Monster Hunters 1: Champions. It's a worthwhile addition to my collection.

I wonder if that one got into D&D because Uri Geller had been on TV a lot in the few years beforehand?

I never saw Uri Geller transform his hand into the equivalent of a +1 mace that I recall...

Sure he did. It was on Carson that night when he fought the owlbear.

Don't tell me you don't remember that, it was classic.

My co-worker is giggling :)

I'm now going to start a thread on how you'd write up Body Weaponry as a GURPS power (more suitable for Rubber Supers I think but)

When e23 pdfs exceed a certain sales threshold they are considered for POD.

Off the discussion but on the topic: are there any loadouts for the Mentalist template?
