It has Rcl 2 (High-Tech, p. 124). It shares the issue with most submachine guns. This is why those have Acc 3 and the H&K MP5 series, which uses the superior closed-bolt action, has Acc 4.

Not your best write up (it's good and clear, but it's not a great scene for showing off different maneuvers or rules as it's mostly just standing around emptying mags)... but... I was chuckling all the way through it.
