You can go ahead and expand my vote to include 9a. I'll edit my original post

OK, so now there's three votes for 2 and three for 9a.

I'd state the condition as being "_Cat_ themed Powers".

Point. I guess I should just assume Magic-as-Powers (which is a broad category) and start writing the next Question, and we can see how narrowly Cat-theme the powers get later.

Re: [Space/Thaumatology] Stargate: Fantasy - Worldbuilding thread
Xmas is rapidly approaching, and I don't know your holiday plans. Given that next Monday is December 25th, should I leave Question IV until after that?
Nekomimi Question III Magic-as-Powers is a pretty broad category, so what form of it best fits the Nekomimi race? 1. Baseline Magic-as-Powers (id est, a set of powers, most of which are probably Alternate Abilities of the most expensive one(s), and have 'Magical, -10%' as the power modifier). 2. Sorcery. 3. Imbuements. 4. Power Stunts as Spells (pretty compatible with most of the others, apart from Sorcery). 5. Innate Magic 6. Something else (please specify). Please remember to include the number(s) of your preferred option(s) when you vote. ******* Answer: 6a has four votes, and wins. 1 and 2 have one vote each.

#2 is what I generally like as a magic system. Given that I also kind of like 6a, but it doesn't seem to leave them much room to expand.
In order #2, a far second is 6a
