So ok lets say that the basic Marine is ST12 HP12 with Tactical Vest DR10 vs Imp

So if the Na'vi were atleast ST21 and there Bows would do Thr+4 , on a roll of 6+6 they could go clean through a human marine

If they have Weapon Master that would be more often

So I think a basic Na'vi has about ST23
And a Hunter Na'vi has about ST 25 with Weapon Master ,in this case they would go through about 75% of the time (like in the movie)

Dammit, I never pay attention on this!!!

But if the marines uses tactical vest with DR 20/10 the effect is similar. The first number is against piercing/cutting and the second against all other damages. Although against the glass it could make the difference.

Maybe theres something in High or Ultra tech about the glass?

And what skill do you use with a bow in cloce combat?

A bow in close combat is a club. Perhaps you can consider it a light club or a quarterstaff swinged like a two-handed-sword.

In B555 is said the Glass of a closed windows has half of the vehicle DR. This bring another question, how much DR have the vehicles and combat walker.

If the humans were wearing DR: 20/10, with the higher against piercing and cutting, then bodkins would be a bad idea - they change the damage to piercing. Not even large piercing. So you face double the DR with double the armor divisor, but then you lose the wounding multiplier.

The plate glass on B558 can be extended - the progressions are consistent, if insane.

Yet, its compensate to hit the Combat Walkers.
