Well, it's built right more or less butt it bolls down to Immunity to Scurvy more or less (maybe scurvy _and_ rickets) and would be highly useful to sailors.

Yeah, this seems like a useful Perk rather than a silly one. Something where a character refuses to eat anything but sweets of some type, yet suffers no ill effects from surviving on just that, would more readily fit as something silly (although that's arguably more akin to a Feature).

Here's a silly food-related Perk I just thought up:

Gorger (aka Shounen Protagonist Metabolism): Particularly when famished and/or when a favorite food is on offer, you can eat a prodigious quantity of food, leaving your stomach comically distended. This doesn't meaningfully reduce your capabilities (outside of no-consequence comedic scenes) and you'll be back in normal shape when needed (indeed, you aren't at risk of becoming overweight even if you gorge like this for every meal). Regardless of how much you eat, this only counts as one meal (lenient GM's might let it count as more than one; offhand, I'd say divide the number of meals worth of food consumed with Gorger by 7 to see how many meals it counts as, minimum 1 and maximum 3 - eating a week's worth of food sates you for a day).

"Hollow Leg" does the same thing, but for liquids.

Both are actually practical perks, effectively Immunity (Effects of Overeating).

How often do you see overeating being an issue in a campaign? I mean, in real life sometimes food just tastes so good you don't stop when you should and wind up with a stomach ache afterward, but I don't really see that being a common issue in a campaign - even if it happens, the discomfort only matters if something important occurs that requires your character to act while in pain (for a penalty to the relevant skill checks, chance of Retching if doing too much physical activity, etc)... and how likely is that?

Almost never, but a character with one of these perks wouldn't suffer as badly from the effects of Gluttony, they'd be nearly unbeatable at eating contests, and they'd certainly get their money's worth at all-you-can eat restaurants or on $1 beer night.

Semi-silly, but with just enough potential that a clever player could make them work.
