Default Insurmountable?

Here's a power build using several advantages to acheive a character who would be completely insurmountable by any means:

Insubstantiality [80] (Cosmic+50% (vs Cosmic), Cosmic +50% (No Barriers), Reflexive +40%, Affects Substantial (+100%), Carry Heavy +100%, Partial Change +100%)(+340%)[352]

Doesn't Breathe [20] (Cosmic+50%(vs Cosmic))[30]

Doesn't Eat/Drink [10] (Cosmic+50%(vs Cosmic), Cosmic +50% (No energy source))(+100%)[20]

Immune to Metab Hazards (Cosmic +50%) [45]
Immune to Magic (Cosmic +50%) [45]
Psi Static (Cosmic +50%) [45]
Unaging (Cosmic +50%, Control +20%) [26]
Indomitable (Cosmic +50%) [23]
Unfazeable (Cosmic +50%) [23]

Total = [609]

Does it achieve the objective? Is there any vulnerability? Could it be done less expensively?

One vulnerability that I could see is Spirit-based powers. That isn't strictly magic, it's the command of beings that live in a magical environment. And since Spirits are also insubstantial (so far as I know), it's reasonable to expect that they'd be able to affect you directly. That's my tuppence worth, anyway.

If I'm reading it right, you'd need a Cosmic IA that effects insubstantial. But I'm thinking the point is avoiding everything on the mundane level of might and magic. You'd have to directly prepare for this guy for it to be an issue for him.

Same with the spirits, wouldn't he need to be harassed by cosmic spirits?

Are you sure? I've always been a bit confused by Cosmic, but...

Anyway, what stops me from mindcontrolling the munchkin?

Wild mind control would work.

Cosmic Empathy trumps Cosmic Indomitable.

I don't see any DR there, so I'd just shoot him with Innate Attack (Affects Insubstantial) and boom, down he goes. Or Binding (Affects Insubstantial) for a less harmful attack.

I think you'd need cosmic on your attack power.
