[Horror] Physician (Psychiatric)
Horror introduces a new specialisation of Physician, (Psychiatric), which defaults to ordinary Physician -4. Adding that in GCA is easy, but it clearly ought to take the talent bonus from Healer, and I'm puzzled as to how to add that to a new skill.
Healer does not have a list of skills that it enhances, but adds to "GR:Healer", and I can't see how to edit GR:Healer.

Re: [Horror] Physician (Psychiatric)
Normally, the data file that adds the new skill would update the Group listing in the data file.
However, you can also add a trait to a defined Group by adding the group() tag to it. In this case, add group(Healer) to the skill. You'll have to go to the Edit Items or Advanced Edit windows to use Add Tag, but once you OK back to GCA, the group bonus should be applying to the skill.

Re: [Horror] Physician (Psychiatric)
No, because it's defined by the Groups listing in the data file, and doesn't have a corresponding group() tag. Advanced Edit shows all the tags on the trait, not data that's defined elsewhere.
