Depends on whether you can actually control them. If the new racial package just comes with a bunch of mental disads that pretty much guarantee you're going to be a monster, I'd say Infectious Attack works.

Somehow that title sounds to me like a cocktail. Perhaps one that might be served at Hôtel Kromm. . . .

That really makes me wish I was throwing a Halloween party this year.

Deep One with a Twist.
One part White Rum
One part Creme De Menth

Shake over ice and server up in a martini glass with a twist of lime.

Indeed, the twist is what gives it the kick.

The racial template includes a fanatical desire to go to and serve Dagon. The villian I am working on was an awarding winning archaeologist / anthropologist that disappeared in the 1800's. He was bitten over a hundred years ago and has now returned to expand the empire of Dagon by enslaving the surface dwellers. In other words he is smarter than the average deep one. The trick here is the new deep ones don't serve him they serve Dagon.

The biting is the PG version.

Yeah, unless the newly created Deep Ones automagically think that the best way to serve Dagon is to do whatever the villain that infects them says, I'd say that's just a regular old Infectious Attack with the attack being "contact with Deep One....fluids" and it taking a week to take effect.
