Hang Spell... why?
As far as I can tell, all this does is cast "Hang spell", then you cast the spell you hung later... doesn't seem to have any purpose. If you were to cast it on another person's spell, you'd have to know exactly when they were going to cast it ("no delay between castings"), so what? It's a spell for screwing with someone's ceremonial magic? I honestly don't see what this spell does at all... any advice?

Re: Hang Spell... why?
Some spells have a long casting time... IIRC a hung spell is cast as one action.

Re: Hang Spell... why?
Wizards can hang (hold) spells that take a long time to cast and basically have them on a hair trigger. If a mage knows that he will need a cast a spell quickly that normally takes say, five minutes, he can prepare it with Hang Spell and is able to cast it in one sec.
