Doppelsoldner Tread Refit kit

Is the Tread Refit kit going to be made available separately from Ogre Minis Set 4?

Specifically, can I now purchase Ogre Minis Set 3 (Ogre Mark VI and Doppelsoldner) and get the correct front treads without having to purchase Ogre Minis Set 4?

No distribution channel for the revised Doppelsoldner treads has been announced so far other than Miniatures Set 4.
