Let me reiterate that most of what's in that thread amount to houserules. The RAW for Wall is simply that it gives a 4x3x1 section of wall for each yard of radius of the Area Effect (and with the +60% version this means 3 hexes worth of wall for each yard of radius, arranged as you see fit). The wall can either be Permeable (damages anything that is in the area or passes through it, but otherwise doesn't stop anything from getting through) or Rigid (is a physical barrier, and only harms foes if they slam into it, and in such a case they follow the collision rules). Opacity, climbability, orientation (such as laying a Wall on its side), etc are all unstated, and ultimately up to the GM (if the group even wants to think about it).
