I don't want to print in the Phoenix sheet style. How do I change my sheet to the GCA4 standard sheet style???

Tools -> Options -> Default Character Options or Current Character Options

You can set the Character Sheet and/or the Quick View Sheet in those two tabs. The Default Character Options affects all new characters while you have to set the option for any existing characters in the Current Character Options.
