Help with Cosmic: No Die Roll

I don't think Fixed Duration can benefit from any reliable bonuses you have, that's one of the downsides to getting it longer at effective MoS of 3 than the minimum times of 1 or 2.

You have to roll to determine your margin with No Die Roll Required anyway. The only benefit of "No Die Roll" is that you cannot fail if your effective skill is at least 3.

Fixed Duration changes the duration to the equivalent of what would be acquired with a margin of 3, and has no impact on the actual margin.

Reliable changes the effective skill and does not affect the roll. Reliable would not improve the situation when rolling for margin and failing (Resulting in success by 0), it already did its job contributing to effective skill.

I think the extra levels of unfairness warrants a scaling jump in the level of the Cosmic enhancement.

Cosmic, No Die Roll Required, Minumum Margin 2, +200%
Cosmic, No Die Roll Required, Minumum Margin 3, +300%
