Nope.
But I think it would be more problematic that Lite doesn't include all the advantages and disadvantages listed in MH1 so in some cases players wouldn't know what it means (ok, maybe they could guess and handwave it, but that's all). Playing without the Characters Book is really not easy, well, at least if they're not cutting the unknown things out of the templates... That would probably work ;)

AFAIK it will include the penalty for attacking the heart (-5).
