I think I will remove the completely blank cards (no name, picture, url or icon) from the promo list (zombie blanks and GUAL blanks without icons or urls ). I am not convinced they are “promos” and I only had them listed because the previous list had them. So unless someone has a good argument/reason as to why they should remain, I will remove them.

I would atleast keep the fantasy blank GUAL because I received mine in a WH23 order. Maybe it was a fluke or something but that's how I believe I got mine...granted that was 5+ years ago so I could be wrong. I'd defer to Andrew H on this one. As for the zombie blanks. I don't know if they are promos but I do know there were some made and nobody really as them.

Kept the GUAL cards, ended up only removing the no url/ no icon blank zombies cards.

I can agree with that as I do not own the blank zombie cards and probably never will. Cause I just consider them blanks and if they ever sell zombie blanks, there will be no way to distinguish. Where with the Blank GUAL, I do not believe those are sold in the blank packs.
