Oops! Yes, you're right. Sorry, Anders, reading comprehension fail for me.

The actual limitation value for Fatigue with "Spells Only" is -10% (Magic, "Designing Wizard Characters" box, p. 15. Honestly, that seems a bit low to me - you'd have to buy 4 FP before you saw any kind of savings, which seems pretty harsh given all the stuff FP can be lost to. I think the -30% Anders mentioned originally does seem more fair. At least then you're getting a discount on even one FP.
