Ah, no wonder I've never heard that. It wouldn't have prevented any of my spine problems.

It's probably too vague for any Gurps effect.

Thank You, really appreciated! Lots to think about. Since my original post I have reread the template of Theophilus (4e Cities On The Edge Pg. 77), an experimental Ishtar/Metanoia-like upgrade, and it too has ST+1 even though it is not a combat/"muscle"/"bruiser"/"hitter" upgrade/parahuman. Which causes me to assume ST+ lends towards the objective.

IDHTB, does it mention what motivated some brash maverick to try to combine the two upgrades that don't have Mental Instability as a Taboo Trait into something even more capable of acting upon its whims? This strikes me as a real, "So busy trying to figure out if we can we didn't stop to think if we should," scenario...
