Where in Bio-Tech can I find Burst Reflexes and Explosive Strength?

When looking through the parahuman templates in Bio-Tech I found these two abilities on some of the racial templates.

Burst Reflexes [18]
Explosive Strength [24]

I was curious and decided to find the stats for these (ie what they do and how they're built) but just oculdn't find them!

Could anyone tell me where in the book they're statted out?
